What does working with us look like?
Before we touch a single pixel, we take the time to fully understand your brand, your business goals, and your website needs.
From there we’ll work with you to nail down the specifics of your site. This includes selecting a Shopify theme, architecting your site map, guiding you on gathering content for your site, and selecting and vetting any third-party app integrations we’ll need for the build. Strategically planning these details upfront will lead to a smooth and focused remainder of the project.
Now comes the fun part: design. We’ll dive into the look and feel of your site through what we like to call Style Tiles. These small design snapshots will allow us work with you to dial in color, fonts, overall vibes, and page structure to match your brand perfectly.
With all of the upfront work out of the way, it’s time to put our heads down and build! We’ll take everything from the first three phases and marry it together into a one-of-a-kind e-commerce website.
Last but not least, once everything is fully tested, approved and ready to go, we’ll transfer your site over to you, train you up on how to use it, and make it live for the world to see!
To kick your project off, we'll hop on the phone to get to know you and your brand a little bit, as well as learn about your business and the needs of your website project. We'll hear your goals, likes and dislikes, and gather any other information we'll need to complete your build. We'll also be sure to leave time for you to ask us any questions you might have!
We go through every available 2.0 theme on the Shopify Theme Store, and hand-select a shortlist of themes that are best suited for your project. We consider things like native UI elements, movement and animations, available sections and blocks, and functionality, making sure that the framework we select for your build is purpose-driven and targeted to your specific needs. There is no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to themes!
Every website we build is inclusive of UX, creative direction and design, and web development. Simply put, we'll work to figure out what goes on each page and how, what those pages look like, and we'll also get it live. Gone are the days of needing to hire separate designers and developers; we take care of it all.
Apps add a layer of content and functionality to your Shopify site that takes the customer experience to the next level. Reviews, subscriptions, bookings, and so much more are all possible thanks to apps. As part of your site build, we'll work with you to define which integrations are best suited to your business needs, and we'll connect your site to up to five third-party services. (Additional integrations are available at an added cost).
Don't worry—before we hand your site off to you, we'll get you all trained up to make sure you know where everything lives, how everything works, and how to make updates and changes on your own. Training includes a two-hour training session done via Zoom, paired with a detailed website instructions document for your ongoing reference.
We don't believe in throwing our clients to the wolves! Each of our packages comes with four hours of post-launch support to make sure that you're off and running and set up for success with your new site.
